    JYQ-210 fully automatic gas sampler
    Introduction:
    The JYQ-210 fully automatic gas sampler is a newly developed multi-channel gas bag and steel cylinder gas sampler by Nanjing Kanchang. The sampler is controlled by an upper computer and can be used in conjunction with UV fluorescence sulfur analyzer, chemiluminescence nitrogen analyzer, microcoulomb sulfur chlorine analyzer, and chromatograph to achieve fully automatic gas analysis.
    The JYQ-210 fully automatic gassampler is suitable for C1 to C4 alkanes, C2 to C4 alkenes, natural gas, liquefied gas, and various petrochemical gases.
    The JYQ-210 fully automatic gas injector consists of an injection pump, a multi-channel switching valve, a carrier gas flow controller, a high-pressure liquefied gas pressure reducing valve, a liquefied gas vaporization chamber, a liquefied gas flow controller, and a microcontroller. The injector has a compact structure and reliable performance. The injector, valve head, joint, and gas path are made of high-quality materials and passivated, which have excellent chemical properties and increase the applicability of the injector.
    The JYQ-210 fully automatic gas sampler can connect up to 6 gas bags, each of which is connected to an injection pump through a switching valve. The gas sample in the gas bag is extracted through the injection pump and injected into the carrier gas flow according to the set injection volume and speed, and then enters the measuring instrument. The sampler can also be connected to a high-pressure gas cylinder. The high-pressure gas is depressurized by a pressure reducing valve and enters a temperature controlled vaporization chamber. It is connected to the injection pump through a switching valve to achieve fully automatic injection of high-pressure liquefied gas. The injection process of the injection pump is visible.
