JH370 Microscope Hot Stage Melting Point Apparatus

    Product Introduction
The JH370 Microscope Hot Stage Melting Point Apparatus is designed for microscopic melting point determination and thermal property research of small samples and sectioned specimens. It is widely used in medicine, chemical engineering, synthetic fibers, biology, mineralogy, forensic science, and biotechnology.
The instrument integrates a microscope with a digital eyepiece and hot-stage heating system. In addition to conventional eyepiece observation, it can work with an optional color CCD and an external TV or monitor for visual research and measurement of material thermal characteristics.
With a maximum temperature of 350°C, precise heating-rate control, programmable methods, and microscopic observation, the JH370 is suitable for micro-sample melting point testing and thermal analysis.

    Performance Features
    •   Closed heating chamber helps maintain stable sample temperature.
    •   Stepless heating-rate adjustment from 0.1 to 20.0°C/min.
    •   TFT true-color touchscreen provides convenient operation and clear display.
    •   Supports up to 20 stored methods, with up to 99 segments per method.
    •   Maximum operating temperature reaches 350°C.
    •   0.1°C temperature resolution and ±0.3°C temperature control accuracy.
    •   Multiple interfaces including USB, RS232, SD card and network port.
    •   Supports storage of up to 400 test results.
    •   Optional biological microscope and polarized-light microscope configurations.

    Working Principle
The sample is placed on the microscope hot stage and heated according to the selected temperature program. The enclosed heating chamber provides a stable thermal environment, while the temperature control system regulates the heating process at a preset rate.
The sample is observed microscopically during heating to determine melting behavior and other thermal characteristics. Programmable multi-segment methods allow different heating profiles to be stored and reused for repeated experiments.
The digital eyepiece provides direct microscopic observation, while an optional color CCD can be connected to an external display for image-based observation and research.
