Introduction: The JH-ST3000 osmotic pressure meter is designed based on the principle of freezing point descent, and is composed of a refrigeration system, a thermosensitive probe used to measure current or potential difference, and an oscillator (or metal probe). During the measurement, immerse the measuring probe into the center of the test solution and lower it into the cooling tank of the instrument. Start the refrigeration system, and when the temperature of the test solution drops below the freezing point, the instrument uses an oscillator (or metal probe) to induce the solution to freeze, automatically recording the temperature at which the freezing point drops. Application field: Clinical laboratories, general internal medicine, urology, nephrology, pediatrics, gynecology, blood filtration, hemodialysis, pharmacy, intensive care unit (ICU), IVF, veterinary medicine, forensic science, botany, physiology, scientific research and industrial fields, biotechnology, electron microscopy applications, pharmaceutical industry, etc. Features: 1. Using high-precision sensors to ensure testing accuracy; 2. Dual refrigeration system ensures efficient and fast testing; 3. Can perform two-point and multi-point linear calibration to ensure instrument linearity; 4. It can simultaneously measure the molar concentration value of osmotic pressure, freezing point value, and molar concentration ratio; 5. Multi level permission management, with freely configurable permissions; 6. Complies with 21CFR Part 11 audit trail, complies with standards such as the 2020 edition and the United States Pharmacopoeia; 7. Compliant with GMP and cFDA certification. Technical parameters: Measurement range: 0-3000mmol/kg Sample size: 50 μ L (50 μ L-100 μ L) Test time:<100S Pre cooling time: ≤ 3 minutes Accuracy: ± 2mmol/kg (≤ 200mmol/kg) ± 1% (>200mmol/kg) Relative standard deviation (RSD): ≤ ± 1% (300 mol/kg) Resolution: 1mosmol/kg Environmental temperature: 10-30oC Power supply: AC 220V 50HZ 150W External dimensions: 220mm * 270mm * 340mm Weight: 15KG
