    Features:
    1. Adopting computer intelligent control, laser automatic detection, LCD touch screen human-machine interface, screw stepper motor lifting and other technologies, it has the characteristics of linear heating, uniform mixing of bath solution, and automatic completion of sample detection. It is a resin softening point measuring instrument with high automation, fast and convenient testing, and accurate and reliable test results.
    2. The instrument heats the solution medium and resin through a heating tube, and the temperature inside the beaker is uniformly stirred by a magnetic stirrer. The controller uses interpolation algorithm to control the output, causing the medium to rise linearly at 5 /minute. The resin in the experimental ring begins to slowly soften during the heating process. When the softening temperature point is reached, the resin in the sample ring slowly decreases in a water droplet shape under the gravity of the steel ball. The average temperature when the resin in the two sample rings descends and contacts the lower baffle is the resin softening point temperature.
    3. The instrument mainly consists of chassis bracket, touch screen human-machine interface, screw lifting system, heating and temperature adjustment system, laser detection system, magnetic stirring system, and other parts.
    4. For the convenience of experimental operations and the smooth lifting of components inside the beaker, a testing platform was designed. The testing components were suspended and positioned on the testing platform, and the testing platform and components were driven by a screw to descend smoothly and accurately, achieving the alignment of the laser beam column close to the upper side of the lower baffle.
    5. The experimental process includes animated simulation display, touch operation, and human-computer interaction interface, which is more intuitive and convenient.
    6. Temperature control adopts slope interpolation algorithm, accurate heating, program control, and real-time temperature control.
    7. The split type magnetic stirring adopts stepless speed regulation, resulting in more uniform temperature.
    8. Laser automatic detection and judgment of sample falling, with strong anti-interference ability and high reaction sensitivity.
