    Jb-5c /6C profile roughness tester is a two-part precision measuring instrument, which is widely used in machining, automobile, bearing, machine tools, touch tools, precision hardware, optical processing and other industries. The instrument drive box provides high-precision linear reference guide with a range of 100, 120 and 150 mm. The sensor moves in a straight line along the guide, and the displacement is collected by precision grating displacement sensor. Therefore X coordinate measuring unit is set up, in the Z axis adopts two specifications from 10 mm to 20 mm differential inductance sensor, drive box can be adjusted by level button to adjust the level of plus or minus 10 degrees, and respectively through the operation of the control box key or software interface for the movement of the horizontal and vertical direction, shape can be arbitrary scaling up for sampling and instruments with special computer and measurement software, measurement under WINDOWS XP operating system software operation is convenient, rich functions, high accuracy, good stability, and convenient to print and file.
    The roughness and profile shape parameters of various precision machinery parts can be measured. The fitting method can be used to evaluate radius, Angle treatment, circle treatment, point line treatment, two circle center distance Angle, distance, etc. Thus, the shape parameters such as straightness, convexity, groove center distance, inclination, groove depth, groove width, groove edge distance, groove center distance, vertical distance, horizontal distance and step can be measured.
