The new generation of intelligent crawlers has various protection functions, including Chinese and English human-machine interfaces, high-power debugging modules, and intelligent positioning technology.
The equipment mainly consists of a tractor, an X-ray generator, a magnetic positioning command device, a receiver, and accessories. It is an automated radiation generation device, which is driven by the tractor to travel inside the pipeline. Special film and marks are affixed to the joint weld outside the pipeline. With the cooperation of the external remote control device of the pipeline, it can be positioned and exposed inside the pipeline, achieving non-destructive testing of the pipeline joint weld.
