    HD-LSG Laboratory Ion Concentration Meter
Automated Phosphate Analyzer for Boiler Water, Cooling Water & Industrial Water Testing
    Quick Summary
The HD-LSG Laboratory Ion Concentration Meter is a rapid analysis instrument integrating automatic sampling and photoelectric detection technology. It performs colorimetric quantification on a color-developed reaction liquid and calculates the corresponding phosphate content using an internal standard curve. With a 0–50 mg/L measuring range, 7-inch color touchscreen, Android 7.1.1 system, WiFi data upload, built-in thermal printer, and 5 million record storage, it is ideal for power plants, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmaceutical, chemical fiber, and semiconductor industries.

    Why Phosphate Detection Matters
Phosphate detection in water quality testing is important for guiding and monitoring water purification processes. Water purification includes two stages: natural purification and artificial purification.
Natural purification mainly relies on microorganisms in nature to decompose and transform pollutants.
Artificial purification mainly relies on wastewater treatment plants and other artificial facilities.
By detecting phosphate in water, operators can understand the microbial decomposition of pollutants and the operating status of artificial purification facilities. This provides an important basis for guiding and monitoring the purification process.

    Product Overview
The HD-LSG Laboratory Ion Concentration Meter is a rapid analysis device that combines automatic sample introduction with photoelectric detection. After color development is completed, the instrument performs colorimetric quantification on the reaction liquid and obtains the corresponding phosphate content based on the built-in standard curve.
This instrument is suitable for industries such as power plants, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmaceutical, chemical fiber, and semiconductor. It is designed for the detection and analysis of soluble phosphate ion content in water, including desalinated water, steam condensate, and boiler water.
It complies with the standard GB/T 6913-2023 — Analysis of water used in boiler and cooling system: Determination of phosphate.

    Working Principle
The HD-LSG Laboratory Ion Concentration Meter uses the photoelectric colorimetric principle for measurement.
In acidic medium, phosphate in the water sample reacts with vanadomolybdate to form a yellow phosphovanadomolybdate mixture.
The analyzer then determines the phosphate ion content through photoelectric colorimetry.
According to the Lambert-Beer law, when a beam of monochromatic parallel light passes through a colored solution, part of the light energy is absorbed by the solution. If the liquid layer thickness remains constant, the degree of light absorption (absorbance A) is proportional to the concentration of the colored substance in the solution.
