GZY-III drying time recorder Introduction: The GZY-III drying time recorder is used in the laboratory to measure the drying and curing time of wet film coatings such as coatings, inks, adhesives, etc. The drying and curing of wet film coatings is a slow and continuous process. The drying time recorder uses a needle to slowly and uniformly swipe over the wet film coating, and evaluates the drying and curing status of the coating by observing the trajectory formed on the surface of the coating. The GZY-III model is a fully electric operation type, and the test run and return to the zero point are both driven by a motor. It can also display the test run time corresponding to the needle leaving the zero point (i.e., the drying time can be read by moving the needle to the corresponding position electrically and reading it on the screen) The instrument is driven by a stepper motor, which can provide precise movement control. Six needle clamps are installed on the carriage, and the movement of the carriage drives the needle to move on the glass sheet coated with new wet film. The instrument will automatically stop after the scheduled testing time. The instrument adopts touch screen display and operation.
