    GXH-510 Infrared Gas Analyzer

    Product Introduction
The GXH-510 Infrared Gas Analyzer is a non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis instrument designed for continuous measurement of relative gas concentrations. Based on the selective absorption of infrared radiation by specific gases, it combines single-source NDIR technology, a single-tube half-separated gas chamber, and a high-stability microphone diaphragm detector.
Adopting technology from German company Maihak, the GXH-510 is designed for long-term operating stability, low zero drift, high reliability, and strong gas selectivity. Its standard 19-inch chassis, large touchscreen LCD, data storage, and configurable multi-component measurement make it suitable for industrial process monitoring, environmental analysis, and scientific research.

    Performance Features
    •  NDIR measurement technology: Uses selective infrared absorption to measure target gas concentrations.
    •  High long-term stability: Zero and span drift are both specified at ≤±1% FS over 7 days.
    •   Fast response: Response time is less than 15 seconds.
    •  Multi-component configuration: Supports selectable gas components according to application requirements.
    •  Large touchscreen display: Provides intuitive operation and convenient access to measurement data.
    •   Data storage and query: Stores measurement data for later review.
    •  Corrosion-resistant gas cell: The measurement chamber features a gold-plated surface for improved corrosion resistance.
    •  Dual-range option: Supports two measurement ranges, with a range ratio no greater than 1:10.
    •  Isolated analog output: Provides 0/4–20 mA signal output, with an optional RS485/RS232 interface.
    •  Industrial integration: Offers two groups of relay contact outputs and standard Modbus protocol support for compatible configurations.

    Working Principle
The GXH-510 uses non-dispersive infrared absorption to determine gas concentrations. Certain gases absorb infrared radiation at characteristic wavelengths. When infrared light passes through the sample gas, the amount of absorbed energy varies with the concentration of the target gas.
The instrument's optical system and microphone diaphragm detector measure the resulting signal change. The analyzer processes this signal and converts it into a gas concentration reading, which is displayed and can be transmitted through the configured output interfaces.
The single-source optical design and specialized gas chamber support measurement stability, while the gold-plated gas cell helps resist corrosion in suitable applications.
