GXH-3051E Portable Infrared Carbon Monoxide (CO) Gas Analyzer

    Product Introduction
The GXH-3051E Portable Infrared CO Gas Analyzer is designed for measuring carbon monoxide (CO) concentrations in ambient air, laboratory samples, flue gas, and exhaust gas. Using non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology, it provides reliable gas concentration measurements for environmental monitoring and scientific research.
Its portable carrying-case design, AC/DC power supply, built-in sampling pump, and multifunctional sampling probe support convenient on-site inspections. A color touchscreen, automatic maintenance functions, data logging, RS232 communication, and PC software simplify operation and data management. The analyzer also supports conversion between ppm and mg/m³.

    Performance Features

    • NDIR measurement technology: Selective infrared absorption enables carbon monoxide concentration analysis.
    • Portable design: Lightweight construction supports mobile inspections and field measurements.
    • Integrated sampling system: Built-in pump with a multifunctional probe for cooling, dust removal, and moisture removal.
    •  Clear touchscreen interface: 5.7-inch color display with Chinese menus and touchscreen controls.
    • High-resolution measurement: Minimum resolution of 0.1 ppm for low-concentration CO monitoring.
    • Data recording: Stores up to 9,999 measurement records for subsequent review and analysis.
    • Adjustable alarms: User-defined alarm thresholds with color-coded visual warnings.
    •  Data connectivity: RS232 output and PC host software support data transfer and analysis.
    •  Flexible power supply: AC charger input of 100–240 V, 50 Hz, with 12 V DC output.
    •   Unit conversion: Displays CO concentration in ppm and mg/m³.

    Working Principle
The GXH-3051E uses non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) spectroscopy. Carbon monoxide selectively absorbs infrared radiation at characteristic wavelengths. The analyzer measures the change in infrared intensity after the sampled gas passes through the measurement chamber and uses the absorption signal to determine CO concentration.
An integrated pump draws the sample through the sampling probe and pretreatment components, which help remove dust and moisture and reduce sample temperature when required. The processed gas enters the analysis system, and the instrument calculates and displays the CO concentration. Measurement records can be stored internally or transferred to a computer for further analysis.
