GH-6020 Portable Total Hydrocarbon Monitor Introduction: The GH-6020 portable total hydrocarbon, methane, and non-methane total hydrocarbon monitor is a portable device developed by our company for monitoring non-methane total hydrocarbons. It employs the principle of chromatographic column separation-hydrogen flame ionization detector for detection, enabling rapid and accurate on-site detection of "total hydrocarbons, methane, and non-methane total hydrocarbons in ambient air and exhaust gas from stationary sources". There is no need for on-site sample collection followed by laboratory analysis, which can lead to sample distortion and subsequent deviations in monitoring results due to lag time. It is widely used for on-site monitoring of non-methane hydrocarbons in various industries such as organic chemical plants, surface coating, printing and dyeing, furniture manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals, as well as for monitoring non-methane hydrocarbons in the atmospheric environment. Features: 1. Short analysis cycle, quickly capturing changes in pollution 2. Five-channel EPC controller, with a control resolution of 0.01 psi, temperature compensation, and stable control 3. The back-flushing gas path effectively avoids interference from component participation, thus reducing data errors 4. The entire sampling process is accompanied by high-temperature heat tracing, and the inner wall of the sampling tube has undergone special treatment to prevent adsorption 5. The detection limit is low, and it meets the requirements for on-site rapid detection of non-methane hydrocarbons in ambient air and stationary sources 6. Equipped with a high-capacity lithium battery, it can support on-site detection for ≥5 hours (with sampling tube preheating ≥3 hours) 7. The host is equipped with a built-in hydrogen storage cylinder, featuring large hydrogen storage capacity, long service life, and safe operation 8. The sample inlet of the main unit is equipped with a built-in filter element, which can effectively filter particulate matter and prevent it from entering the main unit and affecting the test 9. The detector module is equipped with a thermostat and shock absorber to eliminate temperature drift, ensuring stable and reliable measurement results 10. Built-in calibration points of different concentrations, allowing for the selection of the required calibration concentration based on the span of high and low concentration values in NMHC testing Technical Specifications: Instrument type: Portable total hydrocarbon / methane / non-methane total hydrocarbon monitor Detection principle: Chromatographic column separation - Flame Ionization Detector (FID) Measured components: Total hydrocarbons (THC), methane (CH₄), non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC=THC-CH₄) Sampling method: Built-in pump suction type, with full-process high-temperature heat tracing (120℃) Measurement range: 0-10000ppm (extensible to 0-100% LEL) Detection limit: ≤0.05ppm (methane), ≤0.1ppm (total hydrocarbons / non-methane hydrocarbons) Accuracy: ≤±2% FS (full scale) Repeatability: ≤1.0%RSD Analysis cycle: ≤60 seconds per time Warm-up time: ≤30 minutes Data storage: Standard configuration with a storage capacity of 100,000 pieces of data, supporting USB export Display mode: Color touch screen display, capable of dynamically displaying various detection data, chromatograms, and geographic information Working environment: Temperature: (-10~50)℃; Humidity: (0~95)% RH (no condensation) Power supply: Built-in high-capacity rechargeable lithium battery, with a battery life of ≥5 hours (with sampling tube preheating ≥3 hours); AC 220V 50Hz Explosion-proof grade: Intrinsically safe, compliant with ExiaⅡCT6 standard Size and weight: Approximately 355 (W) × 155 (H) × 426 (D) mm, 10kg (with battery, 13.4kg) Hydrogen storage method: Built-in solid-state hydrogen storage cylinder, featuring large hydrogen storage capacity, long lifespan, and safe operation Control method: Five-channel EPC controller, achieving a control resolution of 0.01 psi, with temperature compensation
