FYY371-II Medical Mask Gas Exchange Pressure Differential Tester
    Introduction:
For the measurement of gas exchange pressure difference in products such as surgical masks, compliant with YY 0469-2011 "Medical Surgical Masks" Section 5.7 Pressure Difference, YY/T 0969-2013 "Disposable Medical Masks" Section 5.6 Airflow Resistance, as well as international standards like ASTM F2100 (USA) and EN14683 (EU).  Working Principle: By simulating the airflow process through the mask material, it accurately measures the core indicator related to breathability—the pressure difference. The device employs an inhalation-type blower to provide a stable airflow, with an inlet flow meter controlling the suction rate within a specified range to ensure a constant air flow through the mask sample. When the steady airflow passes through the mask material, the material generates resistance to the airflow. A high-resolution differential pressure sensor captures this resistance-induced pressure difference, which can be used to assess the breathability of the mask material.
    Features:
The entire machine housing is treated with a spray-painting process, making the unit more exquisite and robust.
    2. Utilize imported flow meters for stable airflow control.
    3. Equipped with a high-precision differential pressure sensor, with a range of 0~500Pa.
    4. The color touchscreen display is aesthetically pleasing and features a menu-based operation mode, offering convenience comparable to a smartphone. It comes with the FY-Meas measurement and control system, which includes a multifunctional circuit board for hardware measurement and control, as well as the FY-Meas multifunctional measurement and control software version 2.0.
    5. The core control component adopts a 32-bit multifunctional motherboard from STMicroelectronics.
    6. Equipped with a metal panel and metal buttons.
    7. The test concludes with an end sound prompt.
    8. Equipped with a dedicated pneumatic clamping fixture, it is simple and easy to use.
    9. Utilize an air compressor as the air source to supply the instrument, eliminating space constraints in the test environment.
    10. The instrument is designed as a desktop model, operating smoothly with low noise.
