FST800-3051DR Single-Crystal Silicon Differential Pressure Transmitter
    Product Introduction
The FST800-3051DR Single-Crystal Silicon Differential Pressure Transmitter is a high-performance micro differential pressure transmitter featuring an imported German single-crystal silicon sensing chip and suspended sensor structure. It provides excellent stability, high overpressure resistance, and accurate differential pressure measurement.
The transmitter converts measured differential pressure into a standard 4-20mA output signal and supports HART communication for remote configuration and diagnostics. Users can perform local adjustment through the three-button interface or configure the transmitter remotely using a handheld communicator, wireless APP communicator, or configuration software.
With high-accuracy low-range measurement and intelligent compensation, the FST800-3051DR is suitable for oil and gas, chemical processing, power generation, pulp and paper, municipal gas, steel, machinery, shipbuilding, and other industrial applications.

    Performance Features
    •   High accuracy: Standard calibrated range accuracy up to 0.1%.
    •  Excellent low-pressure measurement: Suitable for differential pressure ranges as low as -50 to +50 Pa through range compression.
    •  Strong overpressure resistance: Up to 1 MPa one-sided overpressure for the S1 range and 2 MPa for S2.
    •  Intelligent compensation: Temperature and static pressure compensation reduce measurement errors under changing field conditions.
    •  Flexible range compression: S1 and S2 both provide a 3:1 range ratio.
    •  Multiple display units: mA, Pa, kPa, MPa, bar, mbar, %, psi, and mmH₂O.
    •  Easy local operation: Five-digit backlit LCD with three-button adjustment.
    •  Intelligent communication: Supports HART field communication protocol.
    •  Self-diagnostics: Comprehensive diagnostic functions improve operational reliability.
    • Wireless commissioning: Supports wireless APP communication for convenient remote adjustment.
    •  Flexible output: Linear or square-root output can be configured through software.

    Working Principle
The FST800-3051DR uses a single-crystal silicon differential pressure sensing element to detect the pressure difference between its high-pressure and low-pressure sides.
The differential pressure causes a controlled deformation of the sensing element, which is converted into an electrical signal by the integrated sensor circuit. Advanced temperature and static pressure compensation correct environmental influences, improving measurement stability and accuracy.
The processed measurement signal is converted into a 4-20mA analog output, with HART digital communication superimposed on the current signal for remote parameter configuration, diagnostics, calibration, and monitoring.
For flow measurement applications, the transmitter can also provide a square-root output through configuration software.
