The sample produced by the glass frit method effectively reduces or even eliminates the unfavorable factors such as matrix effect, particle effect and mineral effect encountered by the sample in the XRF analysis, which greatly improves the accuracy of the XRF analysis. In the iron and steel, metallurgy, chemical industry, geology, cement and other industries, the glass melting film method has extremely wide application. The automatic melt sampler is an automatic sample preparation equipment designed for this purpose. The design structure of the whole machine is reasonable, and the furnace body and the control part are designed separately. The user's operation is simple, the manual intervention is small, and only the sample is passed. The touch screen is set up for the melting sample program, and the melting process is automatically completed with one key.
