Film Quality Analyzer - laboratory and production optical on-line analysis. Thin film quality analyzer can be used to measure the transparency of blown film or plane thin model in laboratory or production scale, and its quality can be determined by optical inspection. The instrument can be used for online detection and can identify the following defects: black spots, colloids, fish eyes, holes, etc. These defects are classified according to their type and size. The film was evaluated step by step according to the number of defects and size. Automatic evaluation through easy to use Windows9x or NT software. All data is stored in a database and can be imported through a commercial project. Depending on the situation, the system can optionally be equipped with a film marking device to mark defects with a time stamp. The thin film quality analyzer can be easily installed in the production line or simulation production line (blowing film and flat film), but also for network connection.
