DOZ-7600 Online Dissolved Ozone Analyzer and Controller

    Product Overview
The DOZ-7600 Online Dissolved Ozone Analyzer is a microprocessor-based instrument designed for continuous measurement and control of dissolved ozone in water. It uses a non-membrane constant-potential sensor that does not require membrane or reagent replacement, providing fast response, stable measurement, and simplified maintenance.
The instrument supports automatic or manual temperature compensation and simultaneously displays ozone concentration, temperature, output current, and other measurement information. With optional RS-485 communication, isolated 4–20 mA output, and dual ON/OFF relay contacts, the DOZ-7600 can be integrated into water treatment monitoring and control systems.
It is suitable for drinking water treatment plants, drinking water distribution networks, swimming pools, cooling circulating water, and other water treatment applications requiring continuous dissolved ozone monitoring.

    Key Features
    • Non-membrane constant-potential sensor eliminates routine membrane and reagent replacement.
    • Wide dissolved ozone measurement range of 0–20.00 mg/L (ppm) with 0.01 mg/L resolution.
    • Manual or automatic temperature compensation over 0–60°C.
    • Large dot-matrix LCD simultaneously displays ozone concentration, temperature, output current, and range-overrun information.
    • Isolated 4–20 mA output and optional RS-485 communication for process integration.
    • Two ON/OFF relay contacts provide high- and low-point alarm/control functions with adjustable hysteresis.
    • Watchdog and power-failure protection improve long-term operating reliability.

    Working Principle
The DOZ-7600 uses a non-membrane constant-potential electrochemical sensor to measure dissolved ozone in water. The sensor generates an electrical signal related to the ozone concentration in the sample. The microprocessor processes the sensor signal and converts it into a displayed dissolved ozone value.
Because the sensor design does not use a conventional membrane or reagent system, routine replacement of membranes and reagents is reduced. Temperature compensation can be performed manually or automatically to improve measurement accuracy under changing water temperatures.
The instrument can also convert the measured ozone concentration into a 4–20 mA process signal and use relay outputs for high/low alarm or control functions.
