    DMVS Embedded Strain Gauge Sensor
    Product Introduction
The DMVS Embedded Strain Gauge Sensor is designed for measuring internal tensile and compressive strain in concrete structures. Based on the same full-bridge strain measurement principle as surface strain gauges, this embedded strain sensor features high output sensitivity, excellent moisture resistance, temperature compensation, and long-term stability.
The sensor adopts advanced sealing technology to withstand harsh internal concrete environments. It is easy to install by fixing the sensor inside reinforcement bars or concrete structures, making it suitable for long-term static, quasi-static, and low-frequency dynamic strain monitoring in civil engineering applications.

    Performance Features
Full bridge strain measurement design with high output sensitivity and measurement accuracy.
    ● Excellent waterproof and moisture-proof structure for long-term embedded operation.
    ● Temperature self-compensation technology improves measurement stability.
    ● Suitable for static, quasi-static, and low-frequency dynamic strain testing.
    ● Easy installation by embedding directly into concrete or fixing onto reinforcement structures.
    ● Stable performance for long-term structural health monitoring.
    ● Compatible with temperature sensors to form an integrated strain-temperature composite monitoring system.

    Working Principle
The DMVS embedded strain gauge sensor uses a resistance strain gauge full-bridge circuit principle.
When concrete undergoes deformation due to external loads, the embedded sensor deforms together with the surrounding concrete. The strain change causes resistance variation in the internal strain gauges. The full-bridge circuit converts this resistance change into an electrical output signal proportional to the strain value.
The collected strain signal can be processed by a strain acquisition system to accurately determine internal deformation and structural stress changes.
