DM-YB1860 Dynamic and Static Strain Measurement System

    Product Introduction
The DM-YB1860 Dynamic and Static Strain Measurement System is a professional multi-channel strain data acquisition and analysis system for measuring structural strain, stress, force, pressure, load, torque, and other physical quantities. It is particularly suitable for geotechnical engineering, structural testing, bridges, vibration test benches, teaching laboratories, model experiments, and on-site engineering measurements.
The DM-YB1860 provides 60 measurement channels and can be expanded to up to 640 channels through multi-unit cascading. Each channel can independently support quarter-bridge, half-bridge, or full-bridge strain sensor configurations, allowing different types of strain sensors to be measured simultaneously.
Equipped with a high-resolution 24-bit A/D converter, computer software, USB wired transmission, and optional GPRS, WiFi, or ZigBee wireless communication, the system provides reliable and flexible dynamic and static strain measurement for laboratory and field applications.

    Key Features
60-channel acquisition: Simultaneously measures and displays multi-channel strain data.
Up to 640 channels: Up to 32 units can be cascaded to significantly expand measurement capacity.
24-bit high-resolution A/D conversion: Provides stable and reliable strain data acquisition.
Multiple bridge configurations: Supports 1/4 bridge, half bridge, and full bridge measurements.
Independent channels: Different types of strain sensors can be connected and measured simultaneously.
Multiple communication options: Supports USB wired transmission and optional GPRS, WiFi, and ZigBee wireless transmission.
Field measurement capability: Optional lithium battery enables data acquisition where no mains power is available.
Automatic data storage: Data can be saved to a USB flash drive, while host-computer software supports data storage.
Excel-compatible data: Measurement data is saved in DAT format and can be imported into Excel for further analysis.
Computer control: Acquisition and analysis are managed through dedicated upper-computer software.
Flexible sampling rates: Maximum acquisition rates of 10 Hz and 40 Hz are available.

    Working Principle
The DM-YB1860 Strain Measurement System measures strain signals from strain gauges and strain-type sensors using a bridge measurement circuit.
Depending on the sensor configuration, the measurement circuit can be set as a quarter bridge, half bridge, or full bridge. The sensor converts mechanical deformation caused by stress or loading into an electrical signal. The system then conditions and digitizes the signal through a 24-bit A/D converter.
The digitized data from each independent channel is processed and transmitted to the computer through USB or wireless communication. The acquisition software displays, records, and analyzes the measurement data in real time. Data can be stored in DAT format and imported into Excel for subsequent processing.
Multiple DM-YB1860 units can be cascaded, allowing the system to expand from 60 channels to a maximum of 640 acquisition channels for large-scale structural or experimental measurements.
