Features
The equipment comprised CTS-04PC Ultrasonic Board, JKK-04PC I/O Board, industrial computer, detecting trough, probe-locating holder, Piston Turntable Bearing, and Electric control part.
Recording and flaw-judging software: the test results are given in linear graph drafted by the software specialized for the CT-004 Piston USFD, which consists of PCI IC and IPC.
Auto-judgment: input of workpiece-controlling parameters; (Name of the workpiece); distance between the oil duct end and the measured surface; common difference; smallest allowable flaws and largest flaws); Result save and alarming; File replay and print function; settings of parameters saving and recalling.
Data Processing: The detected data can be saved, and transferred to a PC via USB port for further analysis and utilization.
