CJY-300B tablet tester is used to control the stability of non-coated tablets. Under the condition of constant speed rotation of 25 revolutions per minute, the machine will stop automatically and give an alarm of 100 revolutions. The machine has reasonable structure design, generous appearance, easy operation, convenient opening of charging wheel drum, high transparency, easy to observe and test.
Working principle:
When the instrument works, the charge wheel drum rotates, and the drug sample inside the drum, driven by the baffle, keeps rolling and sliding, and repeatedly falls from the axis to the drum wall or first falls on other drug samples, so that the drug sample under test keeps rubbing, vibrating and hitting.
After 100 turns, take out the sample, observe the damage and fragmentation, remove the powder, accurately weigh and calculate the percentage of loss.
