    Introduction:
    The BWR-04 III series winding temperature controller (hereinafter referred to as the BWR-04II series winding temperature controller) is mainly composed of elastic elements, capillaries, temperature bulbs, microswitches, electric heating elements, and built-in converters. It is indirectly measured using thermal simulation methods
    A specialized instrument for measuring the temperature of transformer windings. The transformer winding temperature T1 is the top oil temperature T2 of the transformer and the temperature of the winding to the oil
    The sum of ascending T is T1=T2+ T. When the transformer load is zero, the winding temperature controller displays the oil temperature of the transformer. When the transformer load changes, the winding temperature controller takes out the current proportional to the load through the current transformer, which is adjusted by the converter and input to the electric heating element inside the elastic element. The heat generated by the electric heating element causes an additional displacement of the elastic element, generating a temperature indication value that is one temperature difference higher than the oil temperature, The temperature of the transformer winding.
    The BWR-04 III series winding temperature controller is suitable for monitoring and controlling the winding temperature of medium and large transformers, with good protective performance and can achieve uninterrupted operation 24/7. The BWR-04III series winding temperature controller comes with 4 sets of control switches (up to 6 sets can be expanded), which can be used for transformer cooling system control, over temperature alarm, and over temperature trip, respectively. The product can simultaneously output Pt100 platinum resistance signals and DC (4-20) mA current signals corresponding to the on-site temperature while indicating the temperature on site, for use in secondary instruments and computer systems such as XMT-288FC series digital temperature controllers or DWBS series temperature transmitters, achieving intelligent unmanned management.
