BRM-6301 Divergence Angle Tester Introduction: BRM-6301 is a fully automatic divergence angle tester specifically designed for laser diodes with large divergence angles. It addresses the issue that spot analyzers can only measure laser diodes (LDs) with small far-field divergence angles. It supports one-click automatic measurement, can output polar and Cartesian coordinate angle distribution diagrams, and can choose to output half-intensity angle data, among other features. BRM-6301 has flexible configurations, allowing the selection of detector and mounting base types based on the actual wavelength, power, and packaging form of the LD under test. Additionally, BRM-6301 can also be used for measuring the angular distribution of LEDs. When the BRM-6301 and BRM-610X series laser drive controllers, along with the BRM-620X series TEC temperature controllers, are used in conjunction, they can measure not only the divergence angle of the laser diode but also analyze its P-I-V curve, threshold current, WPE, and other characteristic parameters for small-angle LDs.
