    BPCL-CL210 Ultra-weak Light Excitation Optical Analyzer
    Introduction:
    The BPCL-CL210 ultra-weak light excitation photometer utilizes a high-sensitivity photomultiplier tube (PMT) as the detector and is equipped with multiple high-power LED excitation light sources. The light power and exposure time can be adjusted through software settings. An electric shutter is installed between the sample and the detector, allowing for the setting of a delay time. The large sample darkroom comes standard with a multi-angle adjustable sample lamp holder, which enables temperature control of the sample and flexible replacement of LED lamp heads. It allows for single sample detection but can accommodate various specifications of sample cups, making operation convenient. The amplification factor, acquisition rate, sampling time, and other parameters of the luminescence signal can be adjusted through software settings, making it an ideal scientific research platform for light excitation photometry.
    Instrument application: Biophoton measurement: research on luminescent bacteria, algae, and crop germplasm; photoluminescence research: fluorescent materials and long-lasting phosphorescent materials; food and drug irradiation detection: in accordance with EN13751-2002, using photostimulable luminescence (PSL) method to detect irradiated food.
    Technical Specifications:
    1. Ultra-weak light detection system
    (1) Detector: photomultiplier tube, photon pulse measurement.
    (2) Detection lower limit: It can provide a counting rate of 10,000-20,000 per second for a weak light source of 10^-13W.
    (3) Long-term stability of the instrument: RSD ≤ 1.5%, tested using a standard light source.

    (5) Instrument counting analysis range: covering five orders of magnitude
    (6) Minimum acquisition time: The minimum acquisition time is 0.01 ms, indicating a time resolution of 0.01 ms, allowing for rapid response. The maximum acquisition time is 10 s, and it can be set as required between 0.01-10000 ms through software.
    (7) High-voltage output: Negative (0-1500) V, current output: 2 mA. The negative high-voltage output value can be set through software, and it also features a high-voltage feedback function, enabling automatic software regulation with an accuracy of 0.1V.
    2. High-power LED light source
    (1) Light Source: High-power LED cold light source, offering options such as pure white light (140-160Lm, 6500K, 3W), warm white light (140-160Lm, 3200K, 3W), red light (620-625nm, 65-70Lm, 3W), blue light (455-460nm, 30-50Lm, 3W), yellow light (590-592nm, 130-150Lm, 3W), and multi-colored LED lights. Equipped with a lens, it provides an illumination angle of 10°. Other wavelength light sources can be customized.
    (2) Manual light source: The light intensity, lighting duration, delay time, and light source switch can be manually controlled through software.
    (3) Programmable light source: It allows for the setting of light intensity, light exposure time, delay time, and cycle count through a list, and enables continuous analysis with multiple programs.

    3. Sample darkroom
    (1) Specifications of the sample chamber: Length × Width × Height: 310 × 172 × 166 mm
    (2) There are four interfaces on both sides of the sample chamber, intended for future use as fiber optic interfaces.
    (3) Equipped with one injection port for subsequent injection and sample addition needs.
    (4) The door of the sample chamber is equipped with an automatic sensor. If the door is not properly closed, the light window shutter cannot be opened to prevent damage to the photomultiplier tube due to misoperation.
    (5) The light window shutter in the sample chamber is an automatic shutter. When detection begins, the light window shutter automatically opens, and when detection ends, it automatically closes. This ensures that the detector can open the sample chamber door without closing the shutter. At the same time, when the light intensity exceeds the range or there is light leakage protection, the light window automatically closes to prevent damage to the photomultiplier tube from strong light.
    (6) Sample holder: Used for placing quartz reaction cells and securing optical fibers, it features a sample temperature control function that can heat up to 65℃ with an accuracy of 0.5℃, making it suitable for biological protein sample analysis.
    4. Analysis software
    (1) Communication method: USB, with a maximum communication rate of 480 Mbit/s, and plug-and-play functionality.
    (2) The main control interface of the software features a display of chemiluminescence kinetic curves and parameter settings.
    (3) The setting of luminescence parameters includes the setting of parameters such as high-voltage output, acquisition rate, and measurement time. It features automatic background subtraction, automatic transformation of acquisition count rate range, real-time display of data point kinetic curve, real-time display of acquisition time, count rate, and total count, and the ability to export raw data in EXCEL/TXT format.
    (4) Analysis platform: It can display data in the form of point charts, line charts, and curve charts, with the ability to zoom in, zoom out, and pan the coordinates. Additionally, it features curve overlay, curve smoothing, curve fitting (exponential, logarithmic, polynomial, etc.), Gaussian function fitting (Gaussian), Lorentz function fitting (Lorentz), Fourier transform, manual peak search, manual integration, etc. It also has the capability to regenerate new raw data and save it.
