It utilizes a high-sensitivity photomultiplier tube (PMT) as the detector and is equipped with a high-precision dual syringe pump automatic sampling system (syringe pump A and syringe pump B), a 16-well sample carousel for continuous automatic analysis of any well position, and an extra-large sample chamber. Analysis software (1) Communication method: USB, with a maximum communication rate of 480 Mbit/s, and plug-and-play functionality. (2) The software interface is divided into a main control interface and a quantitative analysis interface. The main control interface features a display of chemiluminescence kinetic curves and parameter settings. The quantitative analysis interface allows for the creation of standard curves, enabling continuous testing of multiple samples. (3) Syringe pump: It automatically initializes, evacuates, samples, and cleans, and allows for the setting of relevant parameters. The injection volume, injection rate, delay time, and dwell time can all be adjusted according to experimental needs. (4) The setting of luminescence parameters includes the setting of high-voltage output, acquisition rate, measurement time, and other parameters. It features automatic background subtraction, automatic transformation of acquisition count rate range, real-time display of data point kinetic curve, real-time display of acquisition time, count rate, and total count, and the ability to export raw data in EXCEL/TXT format. (5) Analysis platform: It can display data in the form of point charts, line charts, and curve charts, with the ability to zoom in, zoom out, and pan the coordinates. Additionally, it features curve overlay, curve smoothing, curve fitting (such as exponential, logarithmic, and polynomial fitting), Gaussian function fitting (Gaussian), Lorentz function fitting (Lorentz), Fourier transform, manual peak detection, manual integration, etc. It also has the capability to regenerate new raw data and save it.
