    Introduction:
The BeScan Lab stability analyzer, developed by Dandong Better Company, is a sample stability analysis device based on the principle of multiple light scattering. By scanning the scattering and transmission signals in the vertical direction of the sample, it can obtain the instability changes of the sample with spatial distribution, time, and temperature, and provide quantitative instability index IUS, sample layer thickness, particle migration speed, and sample particle size information.
Application areas: Stability of polymer, colloid, self-assembled micelle, biological macromolecule, protein, polypeptide, antigen, antibody, and nano-metal/non-metal colloid systems; research on polymerization processes and reaction mechanisms; study on surface electrical properties and system stability after surface modification; kinetic study of self-assembly processes such as aggregation and depolymerization of macromolecules; temperature trend study of systems, such as proteins and temperature-sensitive colloid PNIPAM; demulsification and stability of petroleum systems; sedimentation of coal water slurry; flocculation efficiency of wastewater treatment; evaluation of drilling fluid stability; evaluation of foam drilling fluid stability; study on the dispersion and flocculation of bentonite in drilling fluid; stability of lipid emulsions; stability of oral suspension; quality control of dyes and pigments; stability and shelf life prediction and formula improvement of beverages and dairy products; physical stability and formula improvement of pesticides; uniformity and stability study of battery slurry; formula improvement, quality control, and shelf life study of personal care products.
    Features:
    1. Non-invasive detection mode: No need to apply shear and centrifugal forces, avoiding damage to the sample
    2. Efficient stability testing: By utilizing a high-performance light source and a high-sensitivity detector, scanning and testing analysis of the sample at every 20 μm height are achieved, allowing for real-time monitoring of the sample. This method can detect changes in the sample 200 times faster than the naked eye
    3. Identify instability phenomena through optical spectra: floating, precipitation, aggregation, phase separation, coalescence, inhomogeneity, etc
    4. Instability index (IUS) quantifies instability phenomena
    5. The one-to-multiple function can connect up to 10 instruments, enabling simultaneous testing of multiple samples
    6. Applicable to high-viscosity samples and microsamples
    7. The sample volume concentration can reach up to 95%
    8. Achieving precise control from room temperature to 80℃, accelerating the occurrence of instability phenomena
    9. Particle size testing range: 0.01-1000 μm
    Technical Specifications:
Test principle: Transmission method and multiple light scattering method
Detection angle: 0° (transmitted light) and 135° (backscattered light)
