AutoTDS-I Thermal Desorption Instrument Introduction: The AutoTDS-I thermal desorption analyzer is a fully automatic direct injection device that combines an electric six way valve and an electromagnetic valve in the gas circuit. It can automatically program the desorption, injection, and blowback processes of the adsorption tube. The heating temperatures of the adsorption tube and the pipeline can be independently set, and synchronous signals are output during injection to simultaneously start the chromatography and workstation. Applicable standards for AutoTDS-I thermal desorption analyzer: GB50325-2020 Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering HJ583-2010 Determination of Benzene Compounds in Environmental Air Solid Adsorption/Thermal Desorption Gas Chromatography Method AutoTDS-I thermal desorption instrument performance: Normal working conditions of the instrument Power supply: 220 ± 22VAC, 50 ± 0.5Hz (ensure reliable grounding of power supply ground wire and chassis grounding) Environmental temperature:+5 ℃~35 ℃ Relative humidity: ≤ 85% Instrument technical specifications Power:<200VA Gas path pressure resistance:>0.4MPa Synchronous signal output: Two 1-2 second switching signals Daily use: Turn on the power switch, check if the time and temperature settings are appropriate, and then wait for the instrument to heat up to the preset value. Connect the adsorption tube and place it on the bracket in front of the heating box. After the temperature reaches the set value, start the desorption process according to the user's own needs, as shown in the following figure. The reference time for each stage is: desorption for 5-10 minutes, injection for 30 seconds, and blowback for 10-20 minutes. The desorption process of the standard sample is only to inject the standard sample from the three-way injection port on the right during the "blowing" stage, and the rest is the same. After desorption is completed, place the adsorption tube on the front bracket of the heating box to cool down before removing it, and then install the next sample adsorption tube. Due to the temperature control system of this desorption instrument, it can independently complete the activation work of the sample adsorption tube.
