    Introduction:
    The AUTO GQ-100 controlled atmosphere freshness preservation box is primarily designed for conducting storage and preservation experiments on various fruits, vegetables, flowers, and nursery stock available in the market. It automatically controls the concentrations of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and ethylene within the box through microelectronic technology, as well as manages temperature and humidity conditions to achieve freshness preservation. It is an indispensable and ideal equipment for microorganisms, environmental protection, food production, universities, scientific research institutions, and other units.
    Features:
    The testing chamber includes humidity, flow rate and concentration of various gases, ethylene removal device, lighting system, sterilization system, and drainage system.
    2. Equipped with a built-in microcomputer system for automatic control and data processing, it displays data such as temperature, humidity, as well as the concentrations of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and ethylene within the chamber.
    3. A 24-inch 100,000-color touch screen for setting chamber parameters and performing control operations; it provides real-time display of detailed data and working status.
    4. Built-in ozone sterilization, with manual button for sterilization and the ability to set sterilization time.
    5. Equipped with an ethylene catalytic removal device and a gas replacement pump to control ethylene concentration, ensuring fast degassing speed.
    6. Originally imported high-precision sensors for detecting various gas concentrations and ethylene concentrations.
    7. The sterilization system employs ozone sterilization, with manual button operation for sterilization. The sterilization time is automatically controlled, and it will automatically stop upon reaching the set time.
    8. Temperature control: It utilizes heating wire for heating and a scroll compressor for cooling, ensuring stable performance and low noise. The PID algorithm, coupled with solid-state relay control, eliminates rigid mechanical contacts, resulting in a long service life, uniform temperature heating, and constant temperature.
    9. Humidity control: High-frequency atomization humidification is adopted, featuring a wide humidification range and long-term humidification without heating, which does not affect the temperature of the chamber. The chamber humidification system operates independently, automatically humidifying and maintaining the set humidity.
    10. The inner wall of the cavity is made of stainless steel, with a specially crafted double-layer glass door, and the outer shell is made of specially crafted color steel plates.
