    ATR9000 (formerly named ATP8200) is a mid-infrared attenuated total reflection spectrometer developed by our company. It has a built-in MEMS infrared modulated light source and uses a linear array of pyroelectric sensors to perform ATR spectrum measurement on extremely high-performance ZnSe window materials. Tiancheng specially customized the ultra-low noise signal processing circuit, which greatly reduced the noise of the sensor, obtained an excellent signal-to-noise ratio (about 2 times higher than similar competitors), and improved the measurement reliability of ATR9000, and the measurement results Does not change with ambient temperature.
      ATR9000 is suitable for measuring powder, liquid and other samples. The operation is very simple, and the test can be completed in just a few steps.
