    A1310 Petroleum Products Colorimeter

    Product Overview
The A1310 Petroleum Products Colorimeter is designed for determining the color of lubricating oils and other petroleum products. The instrument complies with SH/T 0168-92 and provides a petroleum product color scale from No. 1 to No. 25, corresponding to the standard color grades used in GB 6540.
During measurement, the petroleum sample is placed into a glass color comparison tube and visually compared with standard color glass plates under a controlled light source. The corresponding color number is then determined according to the closest visual match.

    Key Features
    • Standard color comparison: Uses calibrated standard color glass plates for direct visual comparison of petroleum product samples.
    • Uniform illumination: A frosted opal lamp provides the light source, which is filtered before illuminating both the standard color plate and sample tube.
    • Optical observation system: The eyepiece provides light adjustment and focusing functions for convenient observation.
    • Simple operation: The instrument consists of a standard color disk, optical viewing system, light source, and color comparison tube.
    • Wide color range: Supports petroleum color measurement from No. 1 to No. 25.

    Working Principle
A petroleum product sample is placed into the specified color comparison tube and positioned in the optical observation system. The filtered light source uniformly illuminates both the sample and the standard color glass plates on the color disk.
The operator observes the sample and standard color simultaneously through the optical eyepiece and compares their color appearance. The color grade corresponding to the closest standard glass plate is identified as the measured petroleum product color.
