ZX-400 full-automatic colony counter uses a completely closed dark box to isolate the interference of ambient light and completely eliminate the flare and halo phenomenon formed by the stray light refraction in glass Petri dishes, which provides the necessary light and shadow conditions for accurate colony counting.
