This machine is an intelligent small rotary tablet press. It is suitable for the small batch production of tablets in r&d center and laboratory of pharmaceutical industry. The system is controlled by PLC, and the touch screen can display the rotating speed of the working table, and set the system pressure, filling depth, pre-pressure and the thickness and output of the main pressure sheet. It can display the real-time working pressure and pushing force of each punch in working state, can set the average working pressure of the punch, and can display various working parameters and data such as product name, batch number and production time. The rotation speed of the impeller of the forced feeder can be displayed. With emergency shutdown, motor overload and system overpressure and other fault content display and record, the U disk can read every 10 minutes of real-time data and print data.
