    c. Adopt the diffusion type thermal conductivity cell with high sensitivity and ultra-low temperature drift, independent and precise temperature control, to ensure the stable thermal conductivity baseline;

    Using manifold integrated gas circuit, low dead volume, less pipeline, less water vapor residue, automatic and precise control of flow, high reliability of the gas circuit.
