Sals Small Angle Laser Scattering Imager Introduction
The Sals small-angle laser scattering imager is suitable for studying the size of polymer, liquid crystal and other polymer spherulites, and accurately obtaining Hv and Vv images. And the test is fast and does not damage the sample. It can effectively measure the small spherulites that are difficult to confirm by optical microscope. It can also quickly determine the structure change under dynamic conditions. It can be used to study the crystallization process, crystalline morphology, spherulite size, and morphological changes of polymer films during stretching.
Feature
A CMOS color digital camera was used to record the light scattering images such as Hv and Vv in real time and transferred to the computer; the spherulites were directly calculated from the four-lobed structure.
The temperature of the sample cell can be controlled accurately by computer from 30-350 degrees, and the temperature can be programmed to increase and decrease. The temperature measurement accuracy is ± 0.1 ℃.
Can meet the real-time measurement of low viscosity liquid systems (such as microemulsion polymerization) and high viscosity systems.
The maximum scattering angle is 60 degrees.
The program can determine the stability of the incident light through the light intensity distribution signal.
Polarization system: including polarizers and analyzers. The polarizer is fixed and the analyzer can be rotated 360 °.
You can set the automatic acquisition speed (such as 0.3 seconds, 1 second, 1 minute, etc.).
The program processes the collected image data, including background light subtraction and correction of scattered light intensity. The program provides options (such as whether to subtract background light) and strong data processing capabilities.
The collected data (images) are retained as a database, and the program can call any set of data (images) in the database for processing, get relevant calculation results and plot (real-time lq (scattering optical drive and scattering vector) curve, lt curve, two Dimension contour map, three-dimensional map, calculated crystallinity, etc.), the Office software can be used to perform secondary processing on the data files of the calculation results.
Data of transmittance and absorbance are obtained simultaneously, and a transmittance-time curve can be drawn.
