RT guided wave radar water level meter is a high-tech instrument for measuring and observing the water level changes in pressure vessels. It is a forward-looking measuring system based on the principle of time travel to measure the distance between the measuring reference point and the material surface. It is widely used for water level monitoring of steam boiler or other pressure vessel in power plant, petrochemical industry and various industrial and mining enterprises. Adopt steam red water green display way, no water red, full water green. The scale indicated at the red-green junction is the actual water level in the container.
Working principle:
Guided wave radar water level meter is a vertical measuring system based on time travel principle, which measures the distance between reference point and material surface. The high-frequency pulse signal is transmitted to the probe and propagated along the probe. The pulse signal reflects on the material surface, and the reflected signal is received by the instrument and converted into object level information. This measurement method is called time-domain reflection method. After the pulse signal is transmitted along the probe to the instrument, the signal analysis is carried out by the microprocessor in it, and the true reflection echo of the high-frequency signal on the material surface is recognized, so as to display the real water level.
