    Introduction:
          Torsion test bench for computer-controlled components is suitable for testing the torsional fatigue performance of all kinds of metal, non-metallic materials and various elastic components such as universal joints. It is mainly used for the testing of product performance of all enterprises and institutions, and at the same time it draws the characteristic curve of reverse and records the test data.

    1. Mechanical part of the structure and working principle:
    Workbench intermediate position for the workpiece torsion space, a fixed fixture (left), rotating fixture (right) of the two parts, for clamping sample. The computer realizes various control (automatic control and manual control), display (curve, torque, torsion angle, etc.) and data acquisition (setting test speed, torsion angle, etc. according to different needs ), Processing (automatically save the curve), the characteristic curve (torque - time curve, torque - angle curve) drawing and other functions; torque sensor to test the torque of the specimen, photoelectric encoder to achieve the measurement of specimen torsion angle.
