    Introduction:
    The salt spray tester is for the surface treatment of various materials, including coating, electroplating, inorganic and organic membranes, anodic treatment, anti-rust oil and other anti-corrosion treatment, and testing the corrosion resistance of the products.

    2. Material:
    (A) The laboratory uses P.V.C polyvinyl chloride plates (made in Taiwan), which is resistant to acids and alkalis and is easy to clean.
    (B) Acrylic plates (imported plexiglass) are used for the sealing lid of the laboratory, and the thickness is 5mm.
    (C) The reagent bottle supplemented with a hidden water level meter is easy to clean and not easily broken.
    (D) Saturated air barrel adopts SUS#304 stainless steel high pressure barrel for best insulation effect (circular).

    4. Air Supply System: Two-stage adjustment (coarse/fine) with 1Kg/cm2 air pressure
    (A) The first paragraph is a rough adjustment of 2-2.5Kg/cm2, and the second paragraph is a precision adjustment of 1Kg/cm2.
    (B) Configurable switchover connectors designed for SO2 during test.
    5. Spray method:
    (A) The use of the Bernoulli principle to extract salt water and then atomize, with a uniform degree of atomization and no obstructive crystallization, ensures the standard for continuous testing.
    (B) Nozzle: Made of special glass nozzle, the spray volume can be adjusted and the spray angle can be adjusted.
    (C) Spray volume: Adjustable 1 to 2 ml (80 cm2/hr) (16-hour average).
    6. Heating device:
    Direct heating method is used to quickly reduce the standby time by increasing the heating speed. When the temperature reaches, it will automatically switch ON/OFF, so that the temperature will be accurate and the power consumption will be less (the electric heating tube is a titanium alloy product).
