Purpose: The size, shape, cell density and cell transformation process of corneal endothelial cells can be observed by corneal endothelial cell counter and corneal endothelial microscope, and the morphological changes of endothelial cells can be deeply understood. Non-contact corneal endothelial microscope can capture endothelial cells without contact with cornea, calculate corneal thickness, avoid the risk of disease transmission in the measurement process, reduce the potential eye injury, and greatly improve the comfort of patients. Clinical use of children, the elderly and soon after corneal surgery are more convenient. It is valuable to judge corneal keratoconus, corneal endothelium damage caused by glaucoma, endophthalmitis and ocular trauma. Understanding corneal endothelial cells before and after cataract provides an important basis.
