BT-200 Standard Funnel Method Metal Powder Flow Tester Introduction
BT-200 standard funnel method metal powder flow meter (Hall flow meter) is an instrument used to test the flow of metal powder. It complies with national standard GB / T1482-2010 and international standard ISO4490-2008. Any metal powder that can flow freely through a standard funnel with a diameter of 2.5mm can be used for flow testing. Its basic principle is to determine the flowability of the metal powder by measuring the time required for 50g of metal powder to flow through a standard funnel with a diameter of 2.5mm. The shorter the time taken, the better the powder flowability and the longer the time taken The powder has poorer fluidity. If a certain metal powder cannot flow through the 2.5mm pores, or intermittently flows out by tapping lightly, the metal powder should be considered to have no fluidity. Technical Parameters
